She has pioneered solutioning of innovative commercial strategy solutions like emotional and integrated patient journeys, switching analytics, patient assistance program design, omnichannel ecosystem & design and a unique omnichannel targeting solution utilizing behavioral and commercial data sets to build micro-segments and personalized engagement strategies.
She is currently working in the intersection of data, technology and consulting and creating innovative and scalable technology solutions in portfolio planning and commercial strategy by utilizing AI/ML, domain and commercial consulting expertise
